Employed since March, 2013. Jon started his career at IKEA Canada as a management trainee. During five years at IKEA Canada, Jon held the positions as logistics manager, sales manager and project/store-manager. The next four years, Jon was the assistant to Mr Ingvar Kamprad and the CEO of the IKEA group. After this, Jon moved to China as the vice president of IKEA China, responsible for the commercial development and retail operations. Most recent position is as CEO of Filippa K group. Jon has a Msc in business administration from University of Umeå.

Børre began his career with Orkla as a management trainee, where he later held a number of positions within Finance, logistics, Business development and marketing, related to the FMCG industry (foods, sports apparel/textiles and brewery). Børre spent 5 years in central Europe (Austria / Switzerland), as Financial Director of the CEE Food division, and later as Finance/logistics director for the Pierre Robert group in Orkla Brands. Most recent positions are as CFO for the Kavli Group , as well as CFO for ICA Norway, one of Norway’s largest grocery retailers. Børre has an Msc in Business from Bodø Business School and an MBA from IMD in Switzerland.
Employed since 2009. Håkan Åkerström has an MSc in Industrial Engineering and Management from Linköping’s Institute of Technology. Prior to joining Plantasjen Åkerström was the MD/President of Dagab – the wholesaling company of Axfood (food retail/Sweden). Before that he worked as Managing Director of Storel AB (electrical material wholesaler) and as a Logistics & IT Director of Lindex (both Sweden). Reports to CEO.
Employed since 2007. Rolf Baisgård holds a degree in Law from The University of Oslo. Prior to joining Plantasjen, Baisgård worked as Store Manager in IKEA, a consultant in Personal Utvelgelse AS, General Manager in Møller & CO Norge AS and responsible for Finance and Legal Affairs in Levi Strauss Norway AS. Prior to joining Plantasjen he was Vice Chief Operating Officer at Hemköp and Regional Director for several regions in Sweden. Reports to CEO.
Employed since 2008. Stefan Björklund has studied marketing at Marketing Institute in Helsinki. Prior to joining Plantasjen, Björklund worked as SVP-Store operations Finland and the Baltics at Hemtex AB and as Establishment Manager at JYSK Finland. Reports to CEO
Employed since 2005. Anders Haug holds a degree in Business and Economics from the Norwegian School of Management. Prior to joining Plantasjen, Haug worked as an accountant in Deloitte and as an analyst in the Corporate Finance department in Handelsbanken Capital Markets in Oslo. Reports to CEO
Employed since 2001. Tichelaar holds a Dutch degree in Horticulture and International Flower Trade. Tichelaar has worked for over 20 years in the gardening industry. Tichelaar started working for the Swedish Garden Center chain “Växus” In 1987 (Växus became Plantagen by acquisition in 2001). He joined the groups’ management team in 1994. Reports to Chief Operating Officer.
Employed since September 2010. Eric Lundberg holds a degree in Marketing from Masters of Media. Eric has a long background in retail. Prior to joining Plantasjen, Eric worked as Marketing manager for Bauhaus. Before that he worked as Marketing Manager for Lidl in Sweden.Reports to CEO.

Prior to joining Plantasjen Elisabet Green Karlsson held a number of positions at Axfood – a foodretailer in Sweden, most recently as Marking Manager for Hemköp and Manager for Axfood Private Labels. Reports to Chief Operationg Officer.
